MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Mecklenburg County commissioners are allocating more than $5 million in opioid settlement funds to help tackle the crisis. The county is set to get about $74 million over the next 18 years. This second wave of money totals $5.5 million.
