A MAN was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder after one man died and another was critically injured in a shooting. Firearms officers picked up the suspect, in his 30s, close to the scene just before 12.30am and he remained in custody last night. Officers swamped Edgbaston in Birmingham 90 minutes earlier following reports two people had been gunned down. They found a man in his 20s in a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed. Another man, in his 30s, was found injured at a bus stop and was taken to hospital where he was in a critical condition last night.
