(KRON) – The Fairfield Police Department has seized more than 8,000 illegal marijuana plants at eight properties that police said are linked to Chinese nationals, the department announced on its social media. The Fairfield Police Department Code Enforcement, the California Department of Cannabis Control, the FPD Special Operations Team and patrol officers collaborated for an investigation that took up to four months.
