WARREN — Dustin Andrew Bell, 35, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, succumbing to a long-term illness. He was born Sept. 30, 1989 in Warren. He graduated from Lakeview High School and joined the U.S. Navy soon after in 2008. Dustin leaves behind his five beautiful children, Helena, 14, Avery, 10, Axel, 8, Asher, 8, and his stepson, Alberto Herreros. He is survived by his father and mother, G. William and Debbie Bell; his sister, Sarah Smith; and his longtime friend and mother of his three boys, Lee Ann Oros. Dustin was preceded in death by Robin Douce; grandparents, Ella Jane and Fred Bell; Ethel and Daniel Wolfe and Gail Hart. Only a private service will be held for the immediate family. I
