SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A passenger who was sleeping in their seat on a flight originating from San Francisco International Airport was assaulted by another passenger, according to a federal affidavit. The flight, United Airlines Flight 2247, was flying nonstop from SFO to Dulles International Airport on Monday, Oct. 28. The affidavit, which cites testimony from a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent, states that about two hours into the flight, a passenger, identified as Everett Chad Nelson, got up from his assigned seat in the rear of the aircraft and headed to the lavatory at the front.
