(QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A pregnant woman has been hospitalized with serious injuries after she was run over by a vehicle on Interstate 85 South on Sunday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said. Authorities confirmed an arrest has been made in the case. Kimberly Barbara Price, 42, has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and battery of an unborn child. According to a filed police report with CMPD, the violent incident happened at 6:42 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, in the 830 block of I-85 South.
