The earlier incident happened in the West Point area and Miller’s charges included attempted murder, carjacking, and shooting at an occupied motor vehicle. The Calaveras Sheriff’s Office, and the CHP, worked closely with the Calaveras District Attorney to obtain an arrest warrant.
