Muscat, SANA-The- Syria national badminton team has gained gold and silver medals at West Asian Badminton Championship held in Sultanate of Oman. The Syrian team achieved the gold medal for U-17 team category, while the silver medal was for U-15 team category. In addition to the Syrian team, other teams from Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, as well the host country, Sultanate of Oman, are participateig at the championship.
