CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person has been arrested following a fatal crash involving two pickup trucks in east Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Around 4:14 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Hood Road and Plaza Road Extension for a vehicle crash. They reportedly located a damaged 1999 Ford F-150 and 2018 Ford F-250 with heavy front-end damage. Officers say the driver of the Ford F-150, 57-year-old Lee Staten, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford F-250, Edwin Bellorin Jr., 30, was treated for minor injuries and remained on scene. The preliminary investigation from CMPD detectives indicates the Ford F-150
