GROVE CITY, Ohio (WCMH) -- Two Grove City police officers who were escorting a convicted sex offender from a hospital when he escaped have been suspended. Grove City Police Officers Brian Strawser and Carrie Rose received five-day suspensions for "performance failures" while escorting Quinntel Bagley on June 13. Woman given prison for killing son in Reynoldsburg Strawser and Rose were taking Bagley, 38, from Fairfield Medical Center when Bagley broke free and ran from the officers. Bagley has remained on the run ever since. According to the department, the internal affairs investigation found Strawser and Rose didn't use "trained escort techniques" while moving Bagley.
