(QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A driver accused of fleeing the scene of a deadly wreck in Huntersville Tuesday night was arrested after being tracked down by a K-9 and is now facing a slew of charges, Huntersville Police said Wednesday. Officers responded to calls regarding the incident around 8 p.m. by Statesville Road near MT. Holly-Huntersville Road. A 20-year-old female driver who has not been identified was pronounced dead on scene, a second victim was found suffering from injuries and was transported to an area medical center where they were later pronounced dead.
