According to a GoFundMe started to support his wife and two children, Price died on June 30th, “suddenly and tragically”. Price swam collegiately at TCU from 2009 through 2013. He was named to the All-Mountain West team in two relays in 2011, First-Team Academic All-Big 12 as a senior in 2013, and Second-Team All-Big 12 in the 100 free as a senior in 2013 after placing 6th at the Big 12 Championships.
