(KRON) -- The Vallejo Police Department towed 39 vehicles and tagged three others to tow in an abandoned vehicle abatement operation this week. On Wednesday, Vallejo PD conducted a citywide operation to address complaints from residents about abandoned vehicles on public streets. Two Costco stores set to open in the Bay Area this fall The operation, police said, involved both sworn officers and civilian personnel and was centered mainly in north and west Vallejo.
