BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Bay County is growing, causing more traffic on our roadways. To help alleviate traffic pains on popular roadways, county officials say they are working on two projects. These two projects are aimed at preparing for the inevitable growth of the area and the safety of those who are traveling to and from Bay County. A light is being added on State Road 390 behind the new Publix in Panama City. We are told homes are being built in that area and this will contribute to more growth.
