Damascus, SANA-The People’s Assembly affirmed that the anniversary of May 6th is a part of a series of bright pages in the contemporary history of Syria. “The convoys of martyrs continued from the Ottoman occupation till now”, People’s Assembly said in a statement on Monday on occasion of Martyrs’ Day, noting that the battle today is the same as yesterday’s battle, for more than 13 years, Syria has been exposed to the worst types of wars, sieges, and aggression from global terrorism.
