Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the death of five persons in a major road accident in Jajpur district. The mishap occurred when a passenger bus fell off a flyover on the national highway around 9 pm, near Barabati area of Jajpur. The Chief Minister has expressed his condolences to the bereaved families and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh for the next of kin of the deceased. The Chief Minister also directed the district administration to make proper medical arrangements for the injured persons and wished them a speedy recovery.
