Units were dispatched at 6:55 a.m. Saturday and arrived a few minutes later to a stretch of freeway on southbound Interstate 5 parallel to Rose Canyon Trail in San Diego, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. A total of 19 personnel were assigned to the rescue, including one truck, two engines and one medic, fire officials said. No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported.
