THE Orange County Sheriff’s Office last night announced it had arrested a man amid an investigation into the disappearance of 13-year-old Madeline Soto. Police launched a search for the Florida teen on Monday after she was reported missing. Last night, her mom’s boyfriend, Stephan Sterns, 37, was arrested for sexual battery and possession of child sexual abuse material unrelated to Madeline’s disappearance. However, cops said Sterns is now the “prime suspect” as they continue to search for Soto. Madeline was last seen around 8:30am on Monday, February 26, off of Village Park Drive in the Hunter’s Creek area. She was wearing a green sweatshirt, black shorts and white Crocs.
