COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Five local girls high school basketball teams hit the court Tuesday for a chance to advance to the state semifinals. WTVM Sports Leader 9 had cameras at several of the quarterfinal games. GHSA 5A: Harris County lost to Cartersville, 47-46. GHSA 4A: Hardaway beat Holy Innocents, 59-53. GHSA 3A: Carver blew past Hart County, 76-57. GHSA 1A D2: Taylor County beat Seminole County, 64-38, and Chattahoochee County fell at Clinch County, 65-57.
