Bhubaneswar: In a major decision that will benefit the Self Employed Mechanics of Odisha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has hiked their remuneration by a whopping 62.5 percent. According to a press release from the CMO, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has increased the remuneration of the Self Employed Mechanics working in Grampanchayats of the state. While their current remuneration is Rs. 4,000, the new remuneration will be Rs. 6,500. This is 62.50 per cent more than the current remuneration.
