WARREN — The attorney for a man charged in the fatal shooting of a Warren mother of four plans to file a self-defense motion. A grand jury indicted Noel Flores, 19, for murder, second-degree improper discharge of a firearm and three counts of second-degree possession of a firearm in liquor permit premises related to the death of Ashante Fisher-Kirksey, 26, who was shot to death in early November. The first two charges listed carry firearm specifications. On Nov. 11, Fisher-Kirksey’s boyfriend phoned 911, reporting that his girlfriend had been shot in the neck after she was followed into her Francis Avenue SE residence by at least one gunman around 2 a.m. Flores was booked into Trumbull Count
