Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday raided illegal laterite stone quarries in Jajpur district and seized power tiller machines. In the joint forest raid conducted by forest wing of theVigilance on illegal laterite stone quarries at Solargada under Byree PS, five power tiller machines and 12 pieces of laterite cut pieces were seized. The Vigilance sleuths also seized 32.96 cft of valuable timber worth approx Rs 13 lakhs at Baghuasahi village under Daitari Demarcated Protected Forest Area in Kaliapani PS of Jajpur district.
