HUEYTOWN, Ala. (WBRC) – The Jefferson County Sherriff’s Office is investigating after shots were fired outside a Hueytown High School basketball game around 9:30 p.m. Friday. According to witnesses, a group of teenagers were involved in an altercation when adult family members arrived. One of the adults fired shots into the air and ran from the scene with some of the teenagers. Jefferson County Deputies, along with officers from the Hueytown Police Department responded to the scene. No injuries were reported. No on is in custody at this time.
