WARREN TOWNSHIP — An arrest was made in connection to the fatal house fire that killed two people early Sunday morning at a home on Miller Street SW. Carroll Bruton, 73, is in custody having been booked on murder and arson charges for the fire that left two people dead. Bruton was arraigned in Warren Municipal Court Monday where Judge Patty Knepp deemed him a risk of “serious harm” and revoked his bond as remains in Trumbull County Jail. Ahead of his next hearing a risk assessment was ordered by the court and a bond review hearing is set with a preliminary hearing Jan. 16.
