The upgrades include a yearlong series of road and rail projects conducted by Ports of Indiana and its rail switcher, MG Rail. Those projects include pavement work, milling and the repaving of a dockside area greater that 1.5 football fields. MG Rail also renewed seven miles of track and 24 switches.
