Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday arrested a revenue official for allegedly taking bribe in a conversion case. Lily Choudhury, In-charge R.I.(Revenue Inspector), Tasaladihi, Tangarpali Tahasil in Sundargarh district has been apprehended by Vigilance sleuths while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.5,000 from a complainant to submit enquiry report for conversion of agricultural land to homestead land in a conversion case in his favour. The entire bribe money Rs.5,000 has been recovered from Choudhury and seized, the Vigilance said.
