PERRYSBURG — JoAnn (Clinger) Huber, 84, of Perrysburg, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at her home, blessed to be in the presence and care of her loving family. JoAnn was born July 22, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio to Jack and Alice (Shadle) Clinger. She graduated from Libbey High School in 1957 and earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from The Ohio State University. She then went on to further her education at The University of Caen, in France and earned her Master’s degree in 1957 from the University of Toledo. She married Raymond A. Huber in 1961 and they shared 62 years together. She worked for Toledo Public School for 10 years where she taught English and French. Then went on to teac
