Baku, SANA- The 7th International Conference of Ministers and Senior Officials Responsible for Physical Education and Sport, MINEPS VII kicked off Monday in Baku city, Azerbaijan with participation of Syria. The Syrian delegation comprises head of Physical Education and Sports Department at the Education Ministry, Dr. Abdul-Hami al-Zarir, and member of Executive Bureau of the General Sports, Firas al-Azab.
