Two Ukiah teens were arrested this week on suspicion of burglary and vandalism after allegedly breaking into a store and smashing a vehicle’s windshield, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers were dispatched to the Prime Market at the corner of West Mill and South Oak streets around 3:30 a.m. Jan. 2 for a report of an alarm.
