TRAFFIC STOP: An officer stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of South State Street at 7:13 a.m. Aug. 20 and arrested Jesse Connolly, 35, of Redwood Valley, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a license, driving with a license suspended due to DUI conviction, conspiracy and violating his probation. Also arrested was Angela Rivera, 31, of Ukiah, on suspicion of possessing and transporting a controlled substance as well as conspiracy. Both were booked into Mendocino County Jail.
