Mr. Robert Hickman On 8/21/21, Deputy Dallas Eddie observed Mr. Robert Hickman driving while out on patrol. Deputy Eddie was aware that Mr. Hickman had outstanding warrants and a suspended license, so he attempted to pull Mr. Hickman over. Mr. Hickman refused to yield and instead increased his speed and attempted to flee the police. After a short pursuit, Mr. Hickman pulled his car over and attempted to flee on foot.
