Industrial material handling equipment maker Kalmar will supply 81 of its Ottawa T2 terminal tractors to DP World for use in the South Container Terminal (SCT) in Jeddah Islamic Port, Saudi Arabia, after it secured an order from the Dubai-based ports operator in Q2 this year for scheduled delivery of the units in Q2 2022. A statement from Cargotec, the company that owns Kalmar, said the Kalmar Ottawa T2 “combines power, functionality and performance with excellent ergonomics and easy maintenance access”.
