Mr. Terrence D Claybrooks on July 19th, 2021, K9 Sgt. Ridge Long encountered a vehicle parked at a gas pump in Gordonsville with the driver asleep/ unconscious. During contact with the driver, Mr. Terrence D Claybrooks, he observed a clear glass pipe laying in plain view on the center console. Mr. Claybrooks was detained and a vehicle search was conducted.
