In a statement, the developer said that the 19-storey development features 634 residences, comprising of 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, as well as 33,341sqft of retail space. Azizi added that the development is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021, with 100% of its structure and blockwork already completed.
