Hamad Medical Corporations (HMC) transplant and organ donation teams performed 10 kidney transplants and two liver transplants over a 10-day period in June 2021. Of the 10 kidney transplants, seven of the patients were Qataris and of these, three were recipients of donations from their relatives. The two liver transplants were from deceased donors.
