Fatal Crash on Dixon Springs Highway June 2, 2021

One person was killed in a vehicle accident that occurred on Dixon Spring Hwy. on June 2nd, 2021 at 8:55 AM. The victim was identified as Ms. Linda Tabor (age 76). The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that her vehicle was traveling eastbound when she hydroplaned and entered the center lane. A second vehicle, traveling westbound, swerved to avoid the vehicle, but was unable to do so. The vehicles collided, and the first vehicle was sent spiraling to a stop while the second vehicle ran off the roadway. Ms. Linda Tabor was pronounced deceased on the scene. The passenger in her car, as well as the other driver are not injured.
