Update at 2:50 p.m.: Ground and aircrews are working on a grass fire in the 1900 block of Quail Hill Road near Little John Road in the Copper Cove Subdivision, west of O’Byrnes Ferry Road. It has been named the “Quail Incident.” CAL Fire spokesperson Walynda Miller tells Clarke Broadcasting that the fire is 2 to 3 acres in size and the flames are moving at a moderate rate of spread.
