Work is proceeding at pace on the $206m Tubli Wastewater Plant Expansion project, Bahraini authorities have announced. The project is being developed by a consortium comprising WTE Wassertechnik, Azmeel Contracting and Construction Corporation and Tecton Engineering and Construction. A consortium of KEO International Consultants and p2m berlin are acting as the project and construction management consultants. According to a statement, the construction of the plant is being jointly funded by Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, as part of the Gulf Development Programme. Once complete, the plant will have an average daily flow capacity of 400,000cu/m per day, up from the present 200,000cu/m per day capaci
