Marr Contracting (The Men from Marr’s) has partnered with Mirvac as part of an international team including Robert Bird Group and critical infrastructure specialists Kordia Solutions to dismantle one of Sydney’s highest and most recognisable structures. In a statement, Marr Contracting said that the team will work together to dismantle the former TCN-9 TX transmission tower at Willoughby. It added that the major project will start with preparatory works in May 2021 and is due for completion in early 2022.
