Dubai Municipality has announced the completion of work for the first phase of its integrated neighbourhood initiative for citizen housing areas in the areas of Al Khawaneej 1 and Nad Al Sheba. In a statement, the municipality said that its plan is aimed at developing citizen housing areas as integrated communities where all residents have easy access to various facilities. Residents will be able to access these facilities by walking a short distance through a network of tree-shaded pathways, it added.
