Prayers were suspended at the dioceses of the Virgin Mary in Fayoum, Archangel Michael in Aswan, Asna and Armant in Luxor, Akhmim in Sohag, Tahta and Juhaina in Sohag, Nag Hammadi in Qena, and Sohag. “The suspension follows a significant increase in coronavirus cases recently,” said Besada El-Anba, bishop of Akhmim.
