A Willits woman arrested twice in recent weeks for alleged vehicle thefts in Ukiah was arrested a third time Thursday for reportedly stealing a vehicle on Pomo Drive, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers responded to the 300 block of Pomo Drive shortly after 6 a.m. April 1 for a report of a woman punching a man several times, then swinging at his head with a large shovel. When officers contacted the victim, identified only as a 23-year-old man, he said that he had met Eryka Smith, 28, several hours earlier while taking a walk, and she walked back to his house with him.
