Egypt’s Health Ministry on Wednesday confirmed 641 new coronavirus cases, down from 648 on Tuesday. The ministry also reported 40 deaths and 520 recovered cases. Egypt has now reported 197,350 confirmed cases, 151,444 recovered cases, and 11,720 deaths. President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi warned on Sunday against an imminent third wave of coronavirus in Egypt, stressing the need to adhere to precautionary measures.
