ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A few passing showers Thursday morning will clear by midday with some breaks of sunshine into the afternoon. Another mild day ahead but not nearly as warm as the record setting weather we saw Wednesday. Temps today will top out in the mid and upper 60s. Mostly cloudy skies Friday with a few showers as temps drop into the 50s. Tracking even chillier conditions for the weekend with passing showers. No heavy rain or winds expected so Threat Tracker is green.
Weekend weather will bring a much cooler airmass to Rochester and the Finger Lakes region. Temps will fall into the 40s to near 50 for top temps and 30s at night. Showers look likely on Saturday with drier conditions overall for Sunday. Cool weather looks to linger into much if not all of next week.
