ATTICA, N.Y. — Three prison inmates at the Attica Correctional Facility have been charged after the death of another inmate in July.
The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office says Brian Johnson, Jacob Blakney and Caleb Casteline killed Joaquin Bullock and assaulted another inmate back on July 17.
Johnson is charged with murder. Him and Casteline are charged with promoting prison contraband. All three are charged with gang assault and assault.
They all pleaded not guilty. They’re due back in court on Jan. 15.
Bullock was in prison for murder and kidnapping, prosecutors say.
