For the 33rd year, the Tribune Chronicle wants to know what our readers are thankful for and we want to share those thankful thoughts with our annual Giving Thanks feature.
Readers can submit up to 25 words about a new job, their family, their friends (the two-legged and four-legged ones) or a life-changing event.
Forms for giving thanks are published from time to time in this newspaper. Fill out the coupon and mail it to the newspaper, Attn: Giving Thanks, 240 Franklin St. SE, Warren, OH 44483, or if you prefer, email it to [email protected]. All we ask is that you include your name, the community where you live and a phone number (not for publication).
Local schools, organizations, churches and nursing homes are encouraged to participate, but we ask that these be submitted electronically as a group. If it is a class project, the student’s name and grade should be included, along with the teacher’s first and last name.
The Giving Thanks letters will be published the week of Thanksgiving and some may be chosen for a full story to run on Thanksgiving Day or in the weekend edition. Deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Nov. 10.
