Black Friday may still be a few weeks away, but Walmart is already giving shoppers a reason to start planning their holiday shopping.
The retail giant has announced three major holiday savings events for 2026, including an early Black Friday sale that begins Nov. 12. And while the deals will be available to everyone, Walmart+ members will get a head start on some of the season’s most anticipated offers.
Walmart is also giving shoppers more time to save this year, with its three holiday shopping events spanning a combined 14 days, compared with 10 days in 2025.
According to an Oct. 26 announcement from Walmart, the retailer will offer discounts on thousands of products across categories including toys, electronics, fashion, beauty and home goods during three shopping events running from Nov. 12 through Dec. 2.
“This season, we’re bringing customers and members incredible savings across three major shopping events, along with the brands they love, exciting new discoveries and easier ways to shop, and even a few ‘who knew’ moments along the way,” Julie Barber, chief merchandising officer for Walmart U.S., said in the announcement.
Walmart also says shoppers can expect thousands of gifts priced under $20, while 25 toys on its annual Top Toys list cost less than $25.
When Are Walmart’s 2026 Black Friday Sales?
Walmart’s holiday shopping schedule includes three separate sales, giving shoppers multiple opportunities to find deals before Christmas.
The first event, Early Black Friday Deals, runs Nov. 12–15. Online shopping begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on Nov. 12, while in-store deals begin at 6 a.m. local time that morning.
The retailer’s main Black Friday Deals event runs Nov. 23–29. Online deals begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on Nov. 23, while in-store Black Friday deals begin at 6 a.m. local time on Nov. 27.
Finally, Walmart’s Cyber Monday event runs Nov. 30 through Dec. 2, with online deals beginning at 12:01 a.m. ET on Nov. 30.
Walmart has not yet announced specific discounted products for these events, but says shoppers can expect savings on popular brands, trending gifts and holiday essentials.
Walmart+ Members Get Early Access to Some Black Friday Deals
There’s an additional perk for shoppers who have a Walmart+ membership.
During the Early Black Friday and Black Friday events, select online-only deals will be available exclusively to Walmart+ members for the first 24 hours, while supplies last.
Members will also receive early access to special limited-quantity offers Walmart calls “hot deal drops.”
During the first event, those offers become available to Walmart+ members at 12:01 a.m. ET on Nov. 12. Any remaining items will become available to all shoppers at 12:01 a.m. ET on Nov. 13.
The same arrangement applies to the second Black Friday event, with Walmart+ members getting access to select deals on Nov. 23 before remaining inventory becomes available to everyone on Nov. 24.
Walmart is also promoting a new membership bundle that combines Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Plus for $120 per year.
With three major shopping events spread across November and early December, Walmart shoppers will have several opportunities to look for holiday deals. Those hoping to snag limited-quantity items, however, may want to pay particular attention to the early-access dates.
