It was 12 years ago this month when Jane the Virgin premiered, believe it or not. The beloved sitcom also won a Peabody Award that year and ultimately earned Gina Rodriguez a Golden Globe.
The 42-year-old actress just returned to the spotlight after reuniting with co-star Justin Baldoni, as showcased in his recent social-media post.
“Dancing through Maxwell’s 9th birthday,” reads the caption of Baldoni’s Instagram carousel on Tuesday, October 20, which features the Jane the Virgin pair posing for an all-smiles selfie. Scroll through below.

Photos from the Baldoni clan’s DWTS visit are featured in the carousel above, prompting fans to agree on what should be next on the docket for Justin. “Justin Baldoni on next season of DWTS vote button >>>,” one Instagram user commented on the post, while another person wrote, “you, ballroom, next season, yes?”
Meanwhile, another user commented, “Can we have a Jane the Virgin cast reunion special?” which has already been liked more than 1,500 times. Clearly, fans are missing the award-winning series.
Another co-star was spotted in Justin’s carousel: Jaime Camil. All three were pictured on set of Rodriguez’s new movie House of Guerrero, which Baldoni is producing, E! News reports.
