Last year, Brinkley shared her secrets to aging gorgeously with model Molly Sims on the “Lipstick On the Rim” podcast: “Become a vegan. Become a vegan because you’ll never feel better. You will feel great, and you will be healing our planet, and I think that that is so important.
Brinkley continued, “I also believe in a rainbow diet of lots and lots of colors. Because I really do believe that old proverb: you are what you eat.”
She also revealed how she keeps her skin looking flawless, “Then for my skin, I believe sunblock, sunblock. I spend all my life in the sun. I got skin cancer last year. It was scary. It was tiny, and they cut a huge pit into my face. So sunblock. And I am doing twice-a-year gentle laser resurfacing, not ablative.”
