Al Habtoor Group has announced the successful installation of the final glass facade panel at Habtoor Tower, marking a major milestone in the development of what is set to become the world’s largest single residential building upon completion.
Located in Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, the project is among Dubai’s most ambitious residential developments, combining large-scale construction with architectural precision and high construction standards.
The tower is being developed in coordination with China Railway 18th Bureau Group Dubai and comprises 1,740 residential units.
The handover will take place in phases, with more than 1,300 apartments scheduled for delivery this summer, according to Al Habtoor Group. The first phase is expected to rank among the largest residential handovers in Dubai’s property market.
The group said the project has also set benchmarks in construction and maintained a strong safety record during its development.
As part of the fully integrated Al Habtoor City development, residents of Habtoor Tower will have direct access to 3 luxury hotels, La Perle — Dubai and the region’s only permanent aqua theatre.
The development also features a boulevard with a range of dining, retail and entertainment options, as well as a fully equipped medical clinic, providing residents with access to essential healthcare and lifestyle services within the wider community.
The completion of the facade marks another major step toward the delivery of one of Dubai’s largest residential projects.
